Tikva is a 30 minute long stretch and relaxation session, with simple yet affective exercises for flexibility, breathing, and blood circulation. Your posture will improve, tightness will cease, and your body will be softer, and more flexible. During this session, you will hear encouraging words that strengthen, change thought patterns, and give you a positive image of yourself and the world around you.
Tikva is the Hebrew word for hope, as in desire, wish or belief, and that is what I will instill in you. Everyone will be able to participate according to their own capacity – this means that everyone can join in.
To participate in Tikva, one does not need any special clothing, or any particular space or equipment. This makes it suitable for the work place; maybe even during lunch break!
